I've crawled around several of the Thunderflashes that are guardians at various Nebraska airfields. Carry on!

Okay, here are some photos of one of our Nebraska airport guardian RF-84Fs. Sorry they are not very detailed, but it is on a tall stand! The nice thing about this one is that it is in the exact markings it wore when it last flew with the Nebraska Air National Guard, including being still in NMF instead of several coats of silver paint.

And, while I'm posting, here is a standard F-84F that was recently mounted at Coffeyville, Kansas at a nice little museum:

And here is another one, about 75 miles from the first RF-84F, also in Nebraska:

The men who mounted this one did it very nicely, using the pylons instead of chopping up the fuselage!

And, finally, this F-84F is at a city park about thirty miles from my childhood home:

Excellent images for me and give nice general impression of the airplane. Here you are my fresh update and I am not sure I will continue to work on it today, more tomorrow ;)
