Nordic Dragon
« on: August 04, 2011, 05:15:32 PM »
This painting goes so fast that I did not manage to take work step images. This will be Draken from Danish service, in their well known all green camouflage.

 :-ok

There used to be a Draken parked in Wichita at Jabara Airport and I've always wondered where it vanished to.......

Good heavens, I found the Wichita/Jabara Draken. It's a little over halfway down the page here:

I didn't recognize it as a SAAB product until I read further!!!!!

Indeed..... When I spotted the airplane (in 2001 or 2002, I suppose) it was still in the normal camouflage and hadn't yet been "modified". At least it is supplying spare parts to another J-35.
