Hi friends,
thanks to the excellent image of the preserved fabric I have make some clean ups and pick up spots of colors. So here you are top five colors for lozenge.
:))

Nice and very interresting work, mate!
If you compare with Microsculpt decals:
http://www.microsculpt.com/
I must say the result you obtain is excellent for an aircraft that have had a "real life", that is: used by fly, sun, UV, etc...
Personnally I will cover the Microsculpt I own with Tamiya Smoke heavily diluted, to obtain older lozenges.
So doing the result would be very similar to the colors you propose here.

Thank you mate :-ok

Just a precision: the time (more than 90 years can also influence the colors, of course...
-
Good point, during the work I was consider option to make them some percentage darker.

I would say: lighter, not darker.
Because of the UV, but also the engine smoke, oils, rain, etc...
