Nice plane and nice scene, although I think it is not yet complete!
Coomando was impressive machine. Here is one I photographed as a 16-years old kid at the old Schiphol airport. It is s freighter, so it must have a military background!

Landscape is completed- I have add more clouds and snow on the mountain sides. Airplane is the next to paint over.

Too high for happy little three and no one on images I have seen. But there will be happy little plane with happy little panels and details :))

If you need more reference images of the c46 go to buffaloairways.com they still operate the type in the canadian arctic and there are many good photos on the site.

Either one would look wonderful. For dramatic effect you could paint the C-46 struggling with a motor shut down.

Ice Pilots.... I'm totally addicted to that show; makes me miss my days flying freight. OR NOT :)
