Too high for happy little three and no one on images I have seen. But there will be happy little plane with happy little panels and details

If you need more reference images of the c46 go to buffaloairways.com they still operate the type in the canadian arctic and there are many good photos on the site.

Either one would look wonderful. For dramatic effect you could paint the C-46 struggling with a motor shut down.
Ice Pilots.... I'm totally addicted to that show; makes me miss my days flying freight. OR NOT
