The Fujimi 'J-series' of 1:48 Bf/Me109's (G-K) are good because they moulded every possible hatch/panel combination, so, if you have the right photographic evidence then you can (in theory) make a very accurate kit by filling in the hatch/panels and sanding smooth. They were horrendously expensive kits, but they have been re-released and are a bit cheaper now. I have their G-6, G-10, G-14 and K-4, which are, in my opinion, superb kits.
The Revell(Monogram) 1:48 G-10 is still a nice model though, and considerably cheaper, although it only has the large wing bulges for the wider tyres. You can make a K-4 from it though if you rescribe the radio access hatch in the new position, and fill in the port fuel filler hatch, and also move the antenna mast back.
