Latest progress on this   s  l  o  w   build. Next up will be some weathering, then installing of the engine. Maybe I'll get it done by winter next year...…..

Here we go with another tiny installment--I've gotten the engine installed, and I'm really impressed with the fit of all the pieces. Zvezda's engineers and mold-makers did a great job on this as all the cowling parts fit perfectly after the engine is fixed.

This is the second Zvezda F I've put together but the first one I didn't install any engine at all (to save for another project). I can't wait to dig into the Eduard F to see which I like best!

It took all of the first quarter of 2019, but here is the finished F. I really enjoy building these Zvezda Messerschmitts and am anticipating trying the Eduard F next. I must say, when I was taking these photos I realized that I only installed the spark plug leads on the right cylinder bank and totally forgot to do the left! Time to "re-finish" this build.
