Good news is that all VEB moulds have been acquired by Revell-Germany at Bünde and that by some time they may be re-released. Some ex-VEB kits have already been released by Revell (Tu-95, Be-6!).
I still have Tu-144, Dassault Mercure, Junkers G-24 and Yak-24 and you can still find old VEB kits at Dutch aerojumbles for very decent prices!!

I had Tu-144 but have no info about Dassault Mercure, Junkers G-24 and Yak-24

Me and my dad, we have built loads of VEB models back in the days - still remember Mi-6, Tu-144, Yak-40... :-love
Most of them are still alive (though some in really bad shape :-roll) in my basement, waiting for me to settle to get'em final place on some nice shelf...
Still have L-60 in a box - that one shall never be built...
Nice info about their reproduction, Nico, thank you :-flo

Didn't they do a MiG-21 and an Su-7 in 1:72?
-
Su-7 yes but as I know too much basic kit and guess out of accuracy but as well I did not compare it, no precise info. MiG-21... not in 1/72, no idea about other scales. But many of their scales are 1/100
