I am afraid that I see reaction between Pebeo varnish and traces of the decal setting solution. You see pale spots around the decals and only there? It look like I need better after decal application wash with water to clean surface. Now I am looking for solution to clear this somehow.

You can use the same solution I use when I have silvering with decals: slowly apply pastel powder on the "damaged" surface...
I do that with my Spitfire MK II and that was successful

When I mask some decals I have seen that this spots are actually bulbs  Paint surface is clear but both coat of varnish are damaged. Somehow I have end this correction process and tomorrow I will go to final works and this will be finally ended. Too long time take this build...

For pastels, I always use a colour a little bit lighter than the one used to paint the kit. You can use Tamiya pastels, or MiG pigments, or pastels bought from art shops (kind of chalks that you have to reduce in powder).

If the problem is due to air bubble under the decal, you can try this: to make little holes with a needle in the bubble, then to use MicroSol. Not 100% guaranteed, but gives good results many times...

Every time I use Aeromaster decals there seems to be silvering, but it is the clear decal material that silvers.

Finally completed  Now rest for a day or two and back to work bench. My pile of kits and upgrade sets to be made are still big
