2) Oil wash (Abteilung 502 Brown Wash)
3) Propeller, propeller bosse and legs are in place

...And finally the funniest part of the game: the use of pastels!

I have used Tamiya Snow on the Sky color; Tamiya Green on Dark Green; Tamiya Sand on Dark Earth ans MiG pigments "Black Smoke" for the exhausts and ammo smokes.
A drop of Citadel Colors Brown ink for the excess of oil
...And finally the antenna wires.

Finished!

That little Airfix kit is quite a good one. Not at same level than Tamiya, but very cheaper and that's a good point for him. As you see, with a cheap kit you can obtain nice results ;)

A very excellent build!

Your comment about Airfix versus Tamiya is exactly as I've experienced with the Bf 109E in 1/48--the Airfix is very nice and inexpensive but the Tamiya is still a little better. Both good kits, though!
