Northrop F-5 Tiger
« on: May 09, 2013, 03:14:46 PM »
Dear friends,

in the situation when you have whole desk of kit in build progress, worst thing you can do is to start new build. But this relax, simply new and fast build and in this case demanded by fact that some decals need to be review. Other fact is that I am a bit tired of work on PC so few hours away from this machine could help.

Kit you see here is Italeri kit. No way to know about its accuracy but I really miss old good Esci kits, they look to me like the best F-5 kits ever in 1/72 scale. You see this as pile and I get it in this form- no box, no decals, just parts (even not on their frets) and assembly plan. Enough for me. Kit miss pilot stick but I think I can live without it.

Work goes fast and all you see here is made while listening some four songs. I make brake now for meal and maybe to go back to PC later but I am sure this kit will be completed and ready for paint today. But not sure I am going to paint today, must first find images of sample machine used by Philippines.

 :-ok :-wave :-razz

That's a nice camouflage scheme and the colors are so different that U.S. SEA paint usually seen!
