Resin kit is very nice and IMHO better than the injected one.

...But still working on the injected: putty and sanding, one more time...

One thing-can you,when you start work in cockpit and when you finished it, take some closer shots? I'm very curious to see how is cockpit. ;)

Resin kit: that stage is always giving lot of stress to me: the cut-off of a vacuformed canopy, with a razor blade that generally prefers my fingers than the vacu...
Wel, stress but no blood, no damage, and finally a good result! Of course, minor adjustements still needed, but minor effort to do...

Here's something I've done when cutting out vacuform canopies: Before cutting pack your favorite modeling clay or putty into the canopy cavity until it is full. This will strengthen the plastic and allow you to more easily make the desired cuts without the possibility of kinking or damaging the transparency. The clay also makes parting lines a little easier to see on some canopies. The only thing that is a drawback to this method is making sure your clay or "play-doh" putty doesn't contain anything that might stain the clear plastic.
