Sadly that I did not take image of the very start when you could see various type of wood used for construction.

This is another great scratchbuilding effort!!!!!!

Wasn't the pilot to sit in a laid-back position much like the F-16? I seem to recall reading many years ago that General Dynamics used some German research information during the design of the F-16 cockpit. As I recall (I could certainly be mistaken, though) it was some sketchy drawings of the Libelle that inspired one of the GD engineers.

Hello  :-salut :-salut

That makes me remember two comrads who scratchbuilt their models. One made them solid in aluminium blocks in 1/48 scale (Super-Mystère, Ouragan, Mystère IV) and the other made all parts in plexiglas pieces...

Cheers,

I would like to see those models... :-flo

For aluminium models, that was at least 45 years ago...  :-wise
For the other ones, it's not sure the (very) old modeller can take photos...
