Kfir C2 (kit AMK au 1/72)
« on: January 13, 2018, 03:11:57 PM »
OK, new project. I have to build this one for "KIT", the IPMS-Belgium magazine.

Kit looks very nice.

The most important thing is that you have to choose the deco you want to build before to begin (holes must be done differently into the wings for a C2 than a C7) and also the load charges to use...

Here I've begun the work. I will build an Equatorian Kfir C2...

Sound interesting, South Americans have some very attractive camouflage pattern. And I am impressed how much enthusiasam is envolved into your Kit magazine

Trying some fitting of the parts, I've seen that the low part of the back of the seat support must be painted; it integrates the front wheel bay...

Corrected.  :))

Well...

Actually I've build, from AMK:

- 1/48 Fouga Magister
- 1/72 Delphin

...And I was more than happy with those kits.
This 1/72 Kfir is a little bit disappointing... Nothing that will make the build impossible, but the kit will ask for lot of work...

Anyway, it's really a Kfir!  :)

Yes, lot of work. If you wish to build that kit, it's better to build it with open canopy...
