Rough work from my side :-think Kit have some panels which have to be discarded and some new to be add. Also it need one plate above instrument panel. But it is good to assemble, this is done in one day... I know, I am slow :( :-dal

I continue with my part of works...
-
Cockpit is covered and rest images show steps in making of the airspeed tube in wing. It is first drilled hole, then I cut one strip from etched parts sheet, put inside and cement. On the top I have add two tubes from Albion Alloys and they set perfect!

Here is a little glance at the first work on this bird....
I decided to detail the cockpit as much as possible, so far scratch-built...
I will use some parts from PE sets I have in spares box :-ok
-
Sound promising ;)
-
Go on Samuraj! :-salut :)) :)) :-clap :-clap
-
well, after a long delay this project is now top priority....
Here are the photos of the cockpit interior...
Some leftovers from various Eduard PE sets were used to detail the cockpit.
-
Good ;)

I'm realy glad that you continue to work on this project! :-flo
I can't wait continue of work :-flo
:-wave

Nice progress, mate!
-
Few final touch ups inside the pilot's office
-
Wings attached to the fuselage....
Now fine sanding, filling and re-scribing lost panels...
-
Very god to see you are alive and work :-ok
-
Yea! :-clap :-clap :-clap
I,m glade to see you in work! :-flo
-
Lost panels re-scribed,now to add pitot tube and to prepare the model for primer....
-
Lost panels re-scribed - it's interesting for me in this moment!
Go on Samuraj! :-flo
-
I added a small plate on the wing and pitot tube and also decided to drill exhaust pipes.
I primed the kit using mr base white from gunze, since I liked the way mr base white looked, I masked it in order to get stripes on the wings that somehow AZ forget to supply. After primer I noticed few more gaps so I filled them over again. After that I spayed red for wing stripes and left it overnight.
Kit was than painted in orange, and after drying period I sprayed it with future. Decals were applied, and I must state that they are excellent, I didn't used any decal solutions.
-
Here it is all done....
It is already on my shelf, and it looks great, and different :-love
:-wave
-
Great. :-clap :-clap :-clap
