I like that scheme too! My DDR camo is so boring by comparison. That is the fun of the '21--we have almost unlimited markings and colors to choose from.

@Scott
I also have heard somewhere that Il-76/78 have so much stencils! :-eek
@Srecko
Your camouflage is so cool. Both camouflages are very nice. I love some unusual markings! :-ok

Here you are my kit.. :-roll Condor MiG-21Bis 1/72. :-bat
Really bad kit. I will try to do it OOB, no resin,no etched parts no scratchbuild. Too bad to waste time on it. I will try to use some spare parts from my Zvezda MiG-21Bis 1/72 kit, and that will be all... ;) MAYBE i will do rivets on it,but just from reason called exercise, and increase of my skill. :-flo
I will start on it when i finished MiG-29,hope that will be soon. I guess that i can prepare this kit for painting in 2-3 days working on it, sooo... :-flo
One more thing, this one will be in  Yugoslav Air Force markings. ;)

Good to have you in this build, Sall. I have an even worse 1/72 MiG-21 kit but I don't know if I'll try to build it or not it's so bad.....

I'm about 1/2 done with stenciling the 1/48 model but had to quit as I'm getting a headache!  :-dal

From my experience I know that bad kits are best to be built!

Finally the bottom of the airplane has all it's stencils and national markings. Still, most of those on the sheet needed to be placed when this picture was taken..... :-help

January Group Build - MiG-21

I've gotten the left half of the upper fuselage done and got a start on the right side before my head started throbbing. Time to push away from this for some popcorn and a bit of a television break. ;)

I finished my popcorn and TV watching and my head started to feel normal again. Then I sat back down with the MiG and finished the decals. Next stop is the paint booth for final clearcoating.

I must say that there are a lot of decals on this kit but they work beautifully. Also, a tip of my hat to the folks at Eduard--there are extras of many stencils that came in handy when I damaged a few. Thank you for that extra little touch!
