Hi mates,  :-salut :-salut

That will build a good squadron of MiG 21s.

As recollection, look at mine built in May, 1981... This is the revell kit in 1/48 scale :

Some time ago I considered option to make conversion from Eduard kit into this one... but I give up. Too many others kit to build, simply I will wait somebody to release this kit

I don't understand you... I'm talking about colors and markings. As i can see, color profile in background of your kit is MG-129, your kit also have numbers MG-129(and letters :)) ),but colors are not the same...

The colors on the instruction sheet are just a bit lighter and "washed out" from the flash. My DDR instructions look lighter than the real color as well. Remember, the instruction profiles are guidlines for pattern, not so much for the color itself. Thankfully Eduard includes color codes for us!

I've gotten the HUD built up from the PE parts (intended for Academy kit) this morning but had to modify them some to fit the Eduard kit. The assembly looks very nice once I fitted it. If I didn't have other chores around here I might be able to finish this one nearly at the same time as No.1.

Well, how did I manage to edit your post, No.1? Sorry about that, I'll fix it now. :-red

Otherwise I break off parts when handling the airplane! :-wall It's rather different building these more modern birds--there are a lot more antennae sticking out than on a WWII machine!

Okay, now things are more or less back to normal.
