J2M3 Akamatsu Sadaki

This is Tamiya kit in 1/48 scale, easy to build and will make a kit of one interesting fighter ace who was flew drunk!! Well, for Soviet Union was normal but big exception for Japan :-smey

It's great to watch you build this one as it takes me back in time to the one I did decades ago!!! An old, simple kit that still gives enjoyment is sometimes more fun than the newest high-tech kits with PE and many options......

Tamiya kits are a great fun build. Interesting subject, I just recently read an article about Sadaki, he wasn't an ordinary pilot that's for sure. Great start mate looking forward to see it done !

Yes, great memories, and I got to rebuild it a few years ago in British evaluation markings. Loved it twice!!
