Dear friends,
here you are the sample I will going to do and this will be Fw 190A-6/R-11 'Neptun' II./JG 300, Lobnitz, Fall, 1943. I like its camouflage pattern but after short comparing of the Eduard proposal with archive image of this plane, I realize several problems. Eduard give and option that top surface need light spray of the RLM 76 color. My point is that original airplane did not have this, we have case of fade out color. I have seen also image of wing from another angle where could be seen wing top surface and it s definitely fade out and worn out paint.
What I will do will be standard grey camouflage pattern which will be much fade and after that I will add spray of new color, most possibly RLM 74. Interesting that around number 8 is extra dark patch, possibly in RLM 70 color. There is also technical problem with radar aerials, they have conical bottom and two part tubes.
More job then I have seen in first moment. Paint start tomorrow... or if primer dry properly, maybe even tonight
