Well, filter is once again dropped... And once again glued! Too delicate element; but so nice in open position...

Today I sprayed aluminum paint overall. I will use maskol + sponge for weathering, then spray the final paint.

Maskol was applied with sponge. Very interresting and easy to use technique for weathering...  ;)

Of course, applied on all parts...

How do you clean Maskol from sponge? Or you simply drop it after use?

I cut the sponge in little parts, and yes, I drop those parts after use...
Eventually it's possible to cut with scissors the surface that haves maskol, if your part is not too tight...

Masking tape around the gun bay (of course, the maskol that I've put there will be removed with the tape so I will have to put maskol again, but it's not a problem...) and behind the engine...

Next phase will be the painting of the gun bay; then masking the gun bay and then painting the aircraft...

Is it necessary? I guess that you can free hand spray and then put access panel over it and paint with camouflage color. Or not? Anyway very precise masking work :-clap
