« on: June 02, 2013, 08:31:28 AM »
No matter I have few other builds to complete, I need to start this one and to complete it step by step in following few weeks. First image show all items I need to assemble and next is my comparing of Tamiya paints with the official RAF color chart ;) Color test will be made later and I will show you results and interior grey green must me mixed.

First step is to make mix of Grey Green color as well I have no this paint in my acrylic range of colors (I have Humbrol but it is poor adhere to surface and longer drying then Japanese paints). As you see on first test image, mixed paint look almost identical to the official chip. Next image show parts of the Spitfire cockpit set before painting... the rest no need special explanation, painted parts as well image of the used paints for interior color mix with mix in front of it.

Your color looks dead-perfect. Lots of interior parts to see there!
