Pile of kits become larger so I have to clean it up. This is Eduard kit of Hellcat, so nice to be built and I will make with markings of famous ace McCampbell and his 'Minsi III'. Images of main kit parts are here. Start of build is tomorrow ;)
-
It's a great kit. I remember the building I've made, a real pleasure!
-
Continue work :)
-
Slow work on cockpit
-
Excellent my friend!
I wish I have time to continue my work too... It's difficult actually
-
Hope nothing serious on your side :(

Hope nothing serious on your side :(
Nothing dramatic but I really hope for better and more quiet times soon...

Lets our prayer be with you mate :)

Thank you!

Progress last two hours
-
Good one again, and makes me want to build another Hellcat!!
-
I guess that Hellcat can be never bored
-
I think so, too. Incidentally, your Minsi III markings bring back memories for me--the CAF had their real F6F that's painted this way at the hangar in Midland when we worked there.
-
I guess like this ;)
-
That photo was in a book in our home (I think an Encyclopedia) when I was a little boy and I remember it so well! A link to a couple of photos of the one that spent time in Midland: http://www.warbirddepot.com/aircraft_fighters_f6f5-cafsc.asp

Nice bird, thanks for link :-ok
-
Yes, glad to do so. It's funny--we walked around that airplane and towed it in-and-out of the hangar a couple of times and I never had time to take a single photo of it!
-
That's life mate ;) And my progress today :))
-
:-ok
-
Near completed, decals are on last night and even some small worn out ;) Just to dry decals on propeller and varnish it and I will put new images soon later
-
And completed :)
