I was a little disappointed when I opened the box to find the exact same parts as their earlier G6. I was hoping that UM would have included the cowling and fuselage parts to build an AS powered machine as well as the larger wheel fairings for the wings. It'll still build into a nice airplane regardless. And, the decal sheet provides Croatian markings! :-tri

It's surprising that most manufacturers either miss or do a poor job molding those rudder cables, isn't it?

I have developed a rather strong headache this evening looking at photos and built models of Bf-109G-10 White 11, Rosemarie. I've got an idea to build this machine, but the issue I am having is the Luftflotte 4 yellow identification markings. From the original photo I've seen it appears to me (my opinion, only) that the rudder is yellow but no cowling band (as shown on most models) is evident. Any help on this would be appreciated. I've got your profile, No.1, and find this to be very near the same idea that I have with only the rudder being different.

Pressing on with some painting, even though my shop temperature all afternoon was 43 C!!!!! :-wall :-eek :-danger First some preshading and then the RLM 76 for the underside. Perhaps some top colors will be sprayed tomorrow regardless of the heat.
