On my recent trip to Augsburg I have stopped in Salzburg to visit famous Red Bull airbase, Hangar-7.

At the entrance I was greeted by a charming young lady, who gave me the boarding pass:

Going into the hangar, the marvelous sight appears:

Inside one might see everything action-packed Red Bull is about - airplanes, formula 1 cars, racing bikes, flying suits...
The space is multi in every way - there's a restaurant, a lounge, and also all the time they have some art exhibitions. It's a really good place to rest and enjoy
Here's short tour, while detailed walkarounds of the most interesting specimens shall follow

Through the glass I could take a picture of adjacent Hangar-8, where Flying Bulls team is set. Unfortunatelly it was closed for maintenance, so I couldn't see up and close B-25, PT-17, P-38, Eurocopter, AH-1...

After some sobbing, on with the tour I went:

Unfortunatelly (again
), the lounge was all busy so I couldn't take a coffee - had to satisfy with a gas station at the German border instead, which was only 5 minutes away
The next stop was Augsburg, where was all work and no fun
.
But, on the return trip I have filled my thrusty Canon with pictures from another interesting place
More on that later, when I fix pictures...
