McDonnell XF-88 Voodoo (a kit of which in 1/48 scale was issue by Linberg) :

Hi mate,

Yes, a great relation with Si 204 D which was produced by SNCA du Nord under the designation NC 701 "Martinet I" with SNECMA 12S engines (a development of the Argus As 411)
The "Martinet II"  (alias NC 702) had a new nose, but no relationship with the Si 204 A the nose of which is different.

The "Armée de l'air" received 20 Si 204 D (N° 1000 to 1019) in German standards with Argus As 411 engines and german cockpits... Those planes had been produced by the French or by the German. Among those 20 planes, some were given to France by the RAF and wore German Werknummern. The inscription "Siebel 204" was worn on the tricolor rudder of the planes.
