On this date my country is attacked. All of you know that. I would like to know how this event look to the people in other countries.

I was serving overseas (hotter weather) during this period and we received very little information of what was going on. We were working hard with the problems we had.
I have found this site that lists what happen over this period for members who wish to research about the attacks.

During this time i was very busy too. I was in the last school year before i would leave and start my alternative civilian service (instead of military service). What i remember most from the news was the bombing of Serbian Media/TV station and of the chinese embassy (which was claimed in the media would have been an accident).
An interesting interview from 04/1999 i found here in this context:

I was shocked when i heard that media and an embassy were bombed. This was certainly the day when many people here started to have stronger distrust in american air strikes. This also delayed the acceptance of China into the WTO, which I and some friends thought could been a political mean of the Clinton administration against China.
In gereral what we saw on the tv news of the bombing, if i remember that correctly, was mostly censored material so you would see similar like in the iraq war how a precision cruise missiles hit a target but you would not get much information beside.

I live in Belgrade, very near bombed TV station and to tell you the truth I will never forget that night and the smell in the air it was just horrible...
I also witnessed Tomahawk missile hitting the heat plant on New Belgrade.
Toughest moment for me was the night before bombing,I was out of the city at my friends when a good friend of mine working at Air traffic control called to inform me that all civilian flights in the area are canceled, and it would be smart to remain where I am. That night I caught a bus and went home, just me and the bus driver we haven't saw a soul for a 40km ride until we entered the Belgrade...
Next evening the bombing started...
