Among the “must have” materials for model projects is for sure strips and meshes. No matter how much the model industry tries to deliver extra detailed kits and upgrade sets, there is still a wide space for use of products as this one here. The reason is simple- due to the financial reasons, manufacturers are focused on limited number of airplane types and many others remain without proper focus and production quality.

First to be mentioned is strips. They are of brass and deliver width starting from 0,2 up to 2 mm. This is more then enough to complete any interior with frame structure. Since the sheet is not large, most likely use is the small kits cockpit and landing gear. They are of plain surface so if you need rivets, you need to add them yourself.

Meshes are provided of steel and there are two types and two sizes available. Shapes are square and hexagonal and come in small and large size.  Most common use is for surface of the coolers but there are also others use. Sample here shows the large hexagonal use in the cockpit of the Tarangus SAAB Safir kit in 1/48 scale. Since they are of steel, they cut a bit harder then brass.
