Bell V-280 Valor

The Bell V-280 Valor made the maiden flight.

This aircraft was designed to participate in the tender under the FVL (Future Vertical Lift) program, within which new military helicopters for the US Armed Forces are being designed.

FVL provides for the design of five types of vertical take-off aircraft, which should replace helicopters Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk, AH-64 Apache and CH-47 Chinook. It is planned that all future machines will be equipped with similar electronics, sensors, engines and weapons.
