Farnborough International Air Show 2014
Farnborough International Air Show is held in July once every two years, it alternates with Paris Air Show. FIA is primarily a trade show to enable aerospace manufactures to display their latest products to potential customers. The trade days are Monday – Friday and the public days are on Saturday and Sunday.
Unfortunately many of the aircraft on show during the trade days are not there on the public days which can be very frustrating. The organizers try to make up for lack of some star attractions by having air displays on the public days. The star of the show for me personally was the Breitling Lockheed Super Constellation. A useful link to all of the aircraft on show during the week is by Farnborough Spotters http://www.farnboroughspotters.co.uk/2014-checklist.html
