Model aircraft day at the Aviodrome
On Saturday 5 July 2014 the Dutch branch of the I.P.M.S. had organized at the Aviodrome theme park museum, Lelystad airport a model builder’s day. The meeting hall in the main building was used to house all I.P.M.S. members to show the models they had built.
In the afternoon, members of the foundation ‘Fantasy in Blue’ arrived with a number of flying aircraft models. They were all shown on the platform of the museum and some of the models were really BIG!
Show, including some flight demonstrations, lasted until 22.00 h and the football match Netherlands-Costa Rica must have had at least some competition in number of spectators!!
