TNT 31
Here we are with the new TNT !
The principal object of that #31 is the second part of the long and very instructive article about “the German paradox”. I was impressed by that two parts article, that gives good argumentation about the reasons of the defeat of the Third Reich.
It can seem strange indeed that the Germans were defeated having such weapons as the Tiger, Panther, and many other materials… But that material was delivered in too low quantities, or the production was not boosted due to other vehicles less performer. So, I was surprised to discover that the German supply troops were principally hippo mobiles until the end of the war…
The lack of good medium obliged the Germans to use many “Beute” material (like French tanks, or Czech, etc) that were adapted or modernized, but to the detriment of other materials…
The second part describes the assault guns; Flakpanzers; support vehicles; Jagdpanzers; the logistic; the PAK (Panzer Abwehr Kanone), and the transports vehicles.
That excellent report of the situation of the material is historically a must to know! Definitively.
Other articles describe the T-34 camos, the 76mm GMC M18 Hellcat; an article about some material in Peru; another interesting article about the T-50 soviet tank; the M109 155mm and finaly a comparison between the Renault R35 vs Panzer 38(t).
Once again, it is a must to read that magazine. I recommend it hardly, if the French language is not a problem for you… Get your sample here!
