[dropcap]I[/dropcap]t look like that aircrafts like the F-4 Phantom II will stay for a long time great impression for the model builder and every product is great add. Eduard has deliver in January 2011 one more item for the kit of this plane and the subject was the Phantom II exhaust nozzles used on early models. This product belong to the Brassin range and it scale is 1/48 and item number 648 022.

Product come in the transparent case with two chambers, one contain set of the resin parts and the another small etched parts. Case is tight closed and inside on back side is small color instruction leaflet. This set contain parts for two engines and there is two exhaust pipes, two nozzles and two turbine blade fans. In addiction to this is six etched parts and they are afterburner system elements, four parts and two part are for the bonus arrestor hook which is also packed in the box.

Assembly is so easy and fast. My suggestion is to paint all parts till they are still on their mold base, this will make manipulation more easy. When you complete painting of the areas of the kit parts you can cut them off and then join them together. Please refer to the images of the original machines and take a note that there is few different shades of the metal, ranging from very deep metal up to the light shiny parts.

In short time you can get excellent result and your kit will be definitely upgraded with this item. This kit is intended for the Hasegawa 1/48 kit and cover types B, C, D and N. You can search and buy this kit direct from Eduard here and please also see our forum build.
